Pulte, the Prevaricator

Anyone who has ever contracted with Pulte Homes to build them a house knows that Pulte Homes lies to their customers. Now, let's see if the Feds can make it stick. Will the Feds be influenced in their investigation by Pulte Homes and their pocket politicians? Time will tell.

Also, it would seem that the homeowners have grounds to sue Pulte for fraud, which would be outside the binding arbitration clause for construction issues that is included in Pulte's sales contract.
