Does this look "normal" to you for a new house?

That's what Pulte Homes tells homeowners in the Fairhaven development in Schertz, TX.

Pulte's "normal" looks "shoddy" to me.
What about you?

CAVEAT EMPTOR.
LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!

We have over 70 homes here in Fairhaven with major structural issues - cracked foundations, (both horizontal and vertical), walls that are lifting off the floors and detaching from ceilings, houses moving back from the street and sliding down the sloped lots or tilting at angles. All these issues cause doors and windows to stick, cracks appear inside and floors to buckle. But what the heck, according to Pulte, it's all just normal settling - or better yet, our fault for not watering our foundations.
What we thought was an isolated problem is really just a testimony about the shoddy construction practices of this builder. Nationwide, Pulte/Centex Homes continues to rip off it's customers. Raise the alarm! Join us in our fight for justice!
