"Thinking of buying a home in Cedar Ridge Lockport area – Pulte homes. Honestly, the build quality looks really good. Fit and finish are great. Is there anybody here who could shed some light on personal experiences with Pulte in Lockport. I understand that some Pulte homes in other places of the country haven’t always been great. But, when I walked through a few homes, the quality seems pretty good. They did everything right… Anyone else think so?"
Cindy has been posting her question on Twitter ("Pulte Cedar Ridge Lockport (Illinois) Question") for some time. She's received ONE comment: On 12/26/10, lockwood_1979 said: "I need one, but I am in Maine."
Let me explain something to you, Cindy. You're not going to get an answer to your question, because NOBODY CARES.
I'm CONFIDENT that I will be able to sell my shoddy Pulte house, because buyers aren't researching builders before they buy (like you're doing, and I didn't).
The other reason that you won't get an answer to your question is because people who own shoddy Pulte houses aren't talking (because they want to be able to sell their shoddy Pulte house too).
So, Cindy, you get an A+ for trying...
but no kewpie doll.
Forget trying to get an answer to your question, Cindy...
NOBODY CARES.

Pulte Homes Complaint by Fashionbug20
"My parents purchased a home 28 years ago, and yes it is a pulte home. Not only did pulte not finish our neighborhood, the foundation is starting to collapse around us. This shoddy work that is probably done by the subcontractors they hire. These houses are good for the first 10 years but then just start to crumble. It is a very sad situation for all the blood, sweat and tears my parents put in this house. Word of advice- think twice before buying Pulte. Do your research before losing on your investment by purchasing PULTE. Shame on you Mr Pulte for hiring subcontractors that can't do the job."

SUCKERS!
.
Pulte stock is up to $4.23/share (down from $47.405/share on 7/28/05). Look for all the scumbag stockbrokers on Twitter to be pushing Pulte's crappy stock.
Meanwhile all the scumbag real estate sales agents on Twitter are pushing Pulte's shoddy houses.

.
on 7/28/05, PHM was $47.405/share.
on 10/4/11, PHM was $3.38/share.
a WHOPPING 93% DECREASE!
on Twitter, stockbrokers tell you to buy this pig, and real estate agents tell you to buy their houses.
