When will people at SCHH "wise up"?
- not after nails for hurricane clips
- not after shoddy stucco
- not after shoddily and shallowly built lagoons
- not after dumping construction water into wetlands
- not after shoddy concrete, sinking houses, leaking roofs, etc., etc., etc.
- not after replacing a resident BOD with a Pulte employee
- not after firing chairmen of community committees
- not after reneging on agreements to turn the community over to the community at 90% build-out
- not after reneging on paying dues for developed, but unsold lots
- not after BOD "unanimity" agreements
- not after golf
- not after Purrysburg pool
- there's more (I just got tired of listing them)
When will people at SCHH "wise up"?
I'm not holding my breath.
