WHO HOLDS PULTE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR SHODDY CONSTRUCTION AND SHABBY CUSTOMER TREATMENT?

Conduct a search of the internet and you will find examples EVERYWHERE:

* building code violations in SC and elsewhere

* shoddy construction in South Carolina, Virginia, Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, Tennessee, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, etc.--EVERYWHERE that Pulte operates

* shabby customer treatment in ALL of the above

Who holds Pulte accountable for their shoddy construction and shabby customer treatment?

* NOT government building inspectors

* certainly NOT those feeding at the Pulte trough: real estate sales agents, stockbrokers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, politicians, JD Power, etc.

* for the most part, NOT homeowners who are victims of Pulte's shoddy construction and shabby customer treatment, who may complain about Pulte PRIVATELY to others, but who don't speak up PUBLICLY

As a result, dishonest, reckless, and arrogant Pulte Homes continues to operate with impunity cheating customers with shoddy construction while government and apathetic customers do NOTHING.
