Apparently, the moderator on the Pultegeist.com website found this photo objectionable:

The moderator has NO idea of who you're up against. If you think that Pulte Homes is going to deal with you homeowners with "kid gloves", then you are sadly mistaken.

UPDATE: On 3/21, the photo and comment that I posted a week ago on Pultegeist.com appeared, along with some others. It looks like it might have been a technical glitch...
.
However, since I'm not in the habit of deleting my posts after I post them, I will leave my earlier post (above) here.
.
A few "words to the wise":
.
1. IMHO the chances of Pulte buying your houses back are slim and none. Take a look at Pulte's record (documented on this website). Is this a company that builds a good product? that stands behind it? that puts its customers first?
.
2. If you have ANY chance of getting Pulte to buy your houses back, then you will NOT succeed by NOT keeping your story in front of the public.
.
3. Pulte is concerned with just ONE thing--SALES. The ONLY chance that you have of having Pulte buy back your houses is to affect their sales negatively. You do that by speaking out PUBLICLY on a DAILY basis.
.
4. By NOT keeping your story in front of the public DAILY, you are playing right into Pulte's hands. They weather a little storm when a story appears on TV or in the newspaper, but in a couple days things are quiet again... for WEEKS! QUIET from you is just what Pulte wants.
.
5. You should be taking advantage of EVERY opportunity to keep your story in front of the public: PUBLIC protests with signs, attending town meetings, keeping the media informed, etc. However, you can't hold a public protest, attend a town meeting, or get the media to broadcast your story DAILY. But you CAN use the "SHARE" feature on most media websites to share the story that they wrote (your story) on Facebook, Twitter, youtube, etc. EVERY day--MULTIPLE times by MULTIPLE people.
.
6. Ask EACH member of your group to "share" one or more of the previous stories by KENS5, WOAI, sanantonio.com, etc, or the videos on youtube, EVERY DAY. Make sure that you include the word "pulte" in every "share".
.
7. Holding a rally, attending a public meeting in Schertz, a story on KENS5, WOAI, mysanantonio.com, etc. draws attention to your story LOCALLY. "SHARING" the story on Facebook, Twitter, youtube, or other GLOBAL websites (through the use of the "SHARE" feature on KENS5's website, on WOAI's website, on mysanantonio.com's website, on youtube, etc.) draws attention to your story GLOBALLY. It's GLOBAL attention that potentially can hurt Pulte's sales, MUCH more than LOCAL attention.
.
8. If 1 person GLOBALLY "shares" your story by "sharing" a KENS5, WOAI, mysanantonio.com, or youtube story on Facebook, Twitter, etc. ONCE, then it may have some effect on Pulte's sales. If 1 person "shares" a website story (or stories) DAILY on Facebook, Twitter, etc, then it will draw MORE GLOBAL attention to your story, and potentially have a GREATER effect on Pulte's sales. If 10 people "share" DAILY (one or more website stories), then it will draw even more attention. If 100 people "share" multiple times DAILY, then... (You get the idea...) THE MORE ATTENTION THAT YOU DRAW TO YOUR STORY, THE MORE LIKELY THAT PULTE'S SALES WILL BE AFFECTED, AND THE MORE LIKELY THAT PULTE WILL HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT TO "STOP THE BLEEDING".
.
9. Encourage comments from others on your Facebook page and your website. Censor comments ONLY for foul language, NOT for comments that may not coincide with the moderator's. Most folks get turned off when they even think that their comments might be censored, particularly if they haven't used foul language.
.
10. By MAXIMIZING the public's awareness to your plight, you maximize your chances (however slim) that your public comments will adversely affect Pulte's sales (and the public perception of those who support them, including politicians who "turn a deaf ear"). This is the KEY to ANY chance that you may have in getting Pulte to buy your houses back.
.
IT'S UP TO YOU. Good luck.
